Board of Directors

The Board of Directors for the Association consists of volunteer community members and staff of PHECSA and the School District. Community members can include "members at large" and/or also representatives of community organizations such as the Promontory PAC committee, the Promontory Residents' Association, the Women's Institute, etc. Three (3) members of the board are permanent non-voting members. These are the Community School Coordinator, a City Councilor and the Promontory Heights Elementary Community School Principal.

Monthly commitment consists of attending one Board meeting per month for 1.5 hours. Board Meetings are held at the school and are the third Monday of each month from 7:00-8:30 pm.

Training and on-going support are provided for new members. Come and join our great Board and make a valuable contribution to our community of Promontory Heights and PHECSA. Gain skills to build your resume, meet and connect with your neighbours!
